How fast can you actually start?
Most engagements kick off within one to two weeks. We deliberately keep capacity open so we can give new work senior attention from day one rather than queuing it behind a backlog.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Every engagement is fixed scope, quoted per project. We scope the work up front and give you a single number before anything starts — no hourly billing, no surprises.
Do we own the code and infrastructure?
Completely. We build in your GitHub organization and deploy to accounts you own. There are no proprietary frameworks to license and nothing that requires us to stay involved. Independence is the deliverable.
Can you work with our existing team and codebase?
Yes. Roughly half of our work is embedding alongside an in-house team — adding AI capability, untangling architecture, or accelerating a roadmap. We adapt to your stack and conventions rather than imposing ours.
Is the AI just a wrapper around an API?
No. Anyone can call a model. The hard part is retrieval that stays accurate, agents that don't loop, evaluation that catches regressions, and unit economics that survive scale. That engineering is the core of what we do.
What happens after launch?
Your choice. Some clients take full ownership immediately; others keep us on a lightweight retainer for iteration and on-call support. Either way you leave with documentation and a system your team understands.
