A small studio built to ship the hard 80%.
Neuro Manual is a senior, founder-led studio. We exist because the distance between a promising AI demo and a product people trust is wider than it looks — and that gap is exactly where we do our best work.
We started Neuro Manual after watching the same story play out again and again: a team builds an impressive prototype, demos it to applause, and then spends six months discovering that a demo and a product are entirely different animals.
The interesting engineering was never the model call. It was the retrieval that had to stay accurate on messy real data, the evaluations that caught regressions before customers did, the billing that couldn't leak, and the architecture that survived the tenth customer without a rewrite. So we built a studio around that work specifically.
We keep it small and senior on purpose. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. We ship something real every week, we instrument before we argue, and we hand over a system your team can carry forward without us. Independence is the deliverable.
Four convictions we don't compromise on
Small, senior, and accountable
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No account managers, no handoffs to a team you never met.
Bias toward shipping
A deployed, imperfect thing teaches you more than a perfect plan. We optimize for learning in production, safely.
Honest about trade-offs
We'll tell you when something is a bad idea, when to buy instead of build, and when you don't need us at all.
Independence as the deliverable
Success is your team carrying the work forward without us. We document, hand over, and design ourselves out.
