1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using Neuro Manual (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") signify your irrevocable acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Product.
2. License Grant and Use

Subject to these Terms, Neuro Manual LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The User agrees to use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all content, designs, templates, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the exclusive property of the Provider and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The User acknowledges that the Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to the User.
4. Restrictions on Use
The User is expressly prohibited from, without the prior written consent of the Provider:

Sharing, reselling, distributing, or transferring access to the Product to any third party.

Creating derivative works based on the Product.

Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Product.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Product.

Using the Product for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose.
5. Payment and Access

The User agrees to pay the specified purchase price for the Product. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Access to the Product will be granted upon successful payment verification.

The Product will not be for subscription based usage.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product.
7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO THE USER FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PRODUCT.
8. Termination
The Provider may terminate these Terms and the User's access to the Product immediately, without notice, if the User breaches any provision of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User concerning the Product and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
You agree to pay any legal fees incurred in enforcing these terms, in what we see is reasonable.
11. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of the revised Terms on the Provider's website. The User's continued use of the Product after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
